Job summary

Workforce Recruiter is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist to support two operations. This field‑focused role builds strong relationships with employees and supervisors while driving safety and environmental compliance.

You will lead EHS activities across both locations, conduct inspections, identify hazards, investigate incidents, and prepare reports, permits, and agency documentation. Travel between sites with a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of EHS experience in industrial settings.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance.
• Experience conducting inspections, hazard recognition, and incident investigations.
• Familiarity with stormwater, waste, and chemical management programs.
• Willingness to work in outdoor industrial environments.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS compliance activities across two locations.
• Conduct field inspections, identify hazards, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain safety programs, training records, compliance calendars, and required documentation.
• Support inspections, training, task training, and hazard awareness.
• Prepare and maintain required reports, permits, sampling records, manifests, and agency documentation.
• Lead or support safety committees, toolbox talks, employee training, and emergency preparedness.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, and leadership to build practical and proactive EHS programs.
• Serve as a key contact during regulatory inspections and follow up on findings and corrective actions.
