Job summary

Creedence Energy Services is seeking an Account Manager (Mid-Stream) to oversee assigned customer accounts and ensure work is performed to customer specifications. The role is on-site with extensive field activity in the oil and gas midstream sector.

You will design and develop project plans, exercise independent judgment, and communicate effectively with customers, field personnel, and leadership to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of oil and gas midstream production chemical experience.
• Experience with oil and gas surface and downhole equipment is required.
• Strong customer service and account management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customer accounts.
• Provide account leadership through a consultative sales approach with accounts.
• Generate and submit bids to customers as requested.
• Understand key business drivers of customer accounts to provide effective solutions.
• Primary point of contact for all matters specific to assigned customers.
• Travel to field locations to conduct sales meetings and for issue resolution.
• Forecast future work and resources.
• Routinely report chemical usage and KPI data to customers.
