Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience turning frontline observations into practical improvements.
• Strong CAD and equipment-modification capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Spend >50% of time at operating facilities observing processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, throughput and safety.
• Lead engineering work from concept through field implementation.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Develop requirements, designs, cost estimates, and documentation.
• Support installation, commissioning, and post-implementation verification.
