Job summary

Cascade Environmental, LLC is hiring in Flint, MI for a field crew member to drive, operate, and maintain drill rigs and related equipment. You'll work outdoors in two to three person crews, with 10 days on and 4 days off, and possible overtime.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, background check and drug test, DOT medical card, IRCA eligibility, and compliance with FMCSA rules. CDL training support is provided and relocation/travel are common.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug test requirements.
• Valid driver's license for your state and satisfactory MVR.
• Interstate DOT medical card and FMCSA compliance to operate CMV.
• HazWoper physical may be required.
• Legal right to work in the United States (IRCA).

Responsibilities

• Drive, operate, and maintain drill rigs, vehicles, forklifts, skid-steers, and related equipment.
• Work outdoors year-round in small crews (2–3 people).
• Troubleshoot problems and work productively within a team.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections.
• Perform physical labor and transport materials using proper lifting techniques.
• Maintain required certifications and training.
