Job summary

Handex Consulting & Remediation, LLC is seeking Field Dredge Operators for our Industrial Services Team. You will operate dredging systems to remove sludge at client sites and support dewatering operations. Roles require travel, a 6-day work week, and 12-hour shifts with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience operating hydraulic/electric dredge systems in industrial settings.
• Willingness to travel and commit to a 6-day work week with 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydraulic/electric, auger, or mechanical dredging systems for sludge removal.
• Set up, position, operate and maintain dredging equipment (pumps, pipelines, floats, anchors).
• Control depth, swing and production rates for solids removal.
• Coordinate with dewatering operations to maintain steady feed.
• Monitor flow rates and solids concentration; log production data.
