Job summary

ACCIONA, a global infrastructure leader, seeks a Civil/Drainage Engineer to support the SR400 Express Lanes project in Georgia. The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of field experience in infrastructure or road construction. Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Procore is preferred.

Travel to field sites and a valid driver’s license are required. Responsibilities include coordinating drainage construction, reviewing plans and specs, and managing RFIs, daily

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years field experience in infrastructure, roadway, or bridge construction preferred.
• Familiarity with GDOT projects and AASHTO/FHWA standards is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to field offices and job sites.

Responsibilities

• Support field construction of drainage systems.
• Coordinate daily drainage activities with field teams and subcontractors.
• Review plans, profiles, pipe schedules, and specifications.
• Verify drainage locations, elevations, slopes, and elevations before installation.
• Coordinate excavation, trench protection, and backfill activities.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and safety performance for drainage activities.
