Job summary
Option Care Health in the United States seeks a Registered Dietitian to develop and implement clinical nutrition strategies for home nutrition support (enteral and parenteral) across a designated territory. You will provide daily clinical support for PN/EN patients and collaborate with sales and account teams to maximize program effectiveness.

Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian licensed or certified in current practice state.
- Two years of experience with enteral and parenteral nutrition in nutrition support.
- Board Certification in nutrition support or intent to obtain within 1 year.
- Current CPR certification if patient-facing.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day clinical PN and EN nutrition support to patients in home setting.
- Perform nutrition assessments and develop care plans and education for patients/caregivers.
- Coordinate with office, pharmacy, and sales teams to optimize PN/EN care across territory.
- Educate patients and staff on PN/EN therapy and reimbursement basics.
- Collaborate with account managers and regional leaders for market penetration.
- Monitor clinical KPIs and participate in ongoing performance improvement.
