Job summary

Mytra is seeking a Deployment Engineer to join our Customer Operations team. You will own commissioning work packages, verify construction and installation quality, and document objective evidence to protect schedule, safety, and readiness.

The role involves on‑site customer interaction, working with trade contractors and the site team to ensure disciplined execution. Locations include SF Bay Area preference with Brisbane, CA HQ collaboration; significant travel to customer sites will be

Qualifications

• Onsite deployment or commissioning experience in industrial, warehouse, automation, robotics, or similar environments.
• Hands‑on electro‑mechanical hardware experience: wiring, connectors, electrical troubleshooting.
• Executes with discipline from defined work packages, follows checklists, documents evidence, maintains quality under schedule.
• Demonstrated safety discipline in live build environments; can identify hazards in partially energized systems.
• Clear cross‑functional communication: flags blockers, escalates with context, closes loops with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Execute commissioning readiness work packages (network/compute preflight, ops station bring‑up, robot checks).
• Produce construction QC evidence before commissioning starts (photos, measurements, checklists, deltas).
• Deliver deployment artifacts for closeout and handoff (readiness records, SAT evidence, manifests).
• Escalate issues with context, root cause hypotheses, and recommended actions; pursue resolution with Senior Deployment Engineer.
• Surface issues early, contain within scope, and coordinate with site team to ensure progress.
