Job summary

Dipp AI Technologies seeks a hands-on engineer to take customer workflows from discovery to production execution, and to extend Orcher with scalable adapters and secure policies. You will work across identity, data, and platform teams to ensure verifiable decisions and robust deployment patterns.

The role emphasizes first-production support, architecture tradeoffs, and delivering reusable patterns back to the core product while traveling to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering skills and a track record of shipping integrations into complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to understand an operating process, identify its sources of truth and express its controls precisely.
• Credibility in architecture discussions with security, identity, data, infrastructure and application teams.
• Comfort debugging unfamiliar systems across APIs, networks, permissions, data models and deployment environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both technical and operational stakeholders.
• Judgment to reduce scope without reducing the integrity of the control being delivered.

Responsibilities

• Discover consequential workflows with business owners, operators, security teams and platform engineers, then define a narrow production entry point.
• Integrate Orcher with identity providers, model gateways, enterprise APIs, data platforms and systems of record.
• Translate delegated authority, approval limits, data-residency rules and cost budgets into enforceable runtime policy.
• Build and test customer-specific adapters while identifying which patterns belong in the core product.
• Lead production readiness, failure-mode reviews, evidence validation and the first controlled launches.
• Write deployment records and feed field evidence directly into the roadmap with the founding team.
• Travel to customer sites when discovery, security review or launch work is best done in person.
