Job summary

Service Measure (SM) is seeking field data collectors for a live project focused on public transit stations. You will visit designated stations, use a mobile device to record attributes, and create pathways from station entrances to platforms.

Requirements include good physical shape, strong communication, and attention to detail. Training is provided, and all necessary equipment is supplied. The project runs Mon-Fri, 40 hours/week with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be in good physical shape with the ability to walk several hours daily.
• Excellent communication skills for field interactions and report writing.
• Attention to detail in collecting accurate attributes and measurements.
• Experience using Android devices for data collection.
• Experience with spreadsheets or similar software for data entry and tracking.
• Experience in the data collection field is a big advantage.

Responsibilities

• Attend assigned stations each day for data collection on site.
• Use a mobile device to collect attributes at the station and map routes from entrance to platforms.
• Maintain accuracy and provide timely reports on collected data.
