Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative with flexible, student-friendly scheduling in the United States. No prior experience is required; the role accommodates around academic commitments while working in grocery stores.

You will complete store projects within assigned windows, using a company pricing app, and you may drive to multiple locations as needed. As a part-time team member, you’ll receive comprehensive training, a guaranteed minimum with upside based on performance, and benefits

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments within the store within the assigned window.
• Maintain professional appearance and dress standards as described in the note.
• Utilize the pricing app to receive and complete projects.
