Job summary

Public Storage is seeking Property Managers to work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside facilities. You will assess customers' storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies to meet demand.

Daily duties include inspections to confirm inventory and availability, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and helping customers stay current on payments with reminder and collection calls when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail or service industries.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle for travel between locations.
• Physical ability to transport items weighing up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make recommendations, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily inspections of storage units to confirm inventory and availability and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required; work independently at multiple locations, indoors and outdoors.
