Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking a senior cloud delivery leader to own end-to-end engagements on Google Cloud, spanning infrastructure, landing zones, modernization, and workload migrations. You will guide onshore and offshore teams, shape execution strategies, review IaC and PRs, and drive production-grade foundations with governance and security.

Travel 25%–100% as required. 7+ years in client-facing tech roles and 5+ years on GCP, plus 3+ years with Terraform, GKE, Apigee, and CI/CD

Qualifications

• 7+ years in hands-on, client-facing technology roles with 5+ years on Google Cloud Platform.
• 7+ years owning client engagements from design to go-live with delivery leadership.
• 3+ years hands-on with Terraform, VPC networking, GKE, Apigee/API gateways, Cloud Run, CI/CD pipelines.
• 3+ years security-by-design (IAM, org policies, encryption, network segmentation).
• 5+ years leading distributed global engineering teams and communicating with executives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12 years experience if no degree; 6 years with Associate's degree.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery end-to-end, accountable for scope, schedule, quality, security, and outcomes across infra and app modernization.
• Define migration waves, refactoring patterns, deployment cadences, and team structures to maximize velocity.
• Provide technical advisory on GCP landing zones, container orchestration, microservices, API gateways, and security models.
• Lead cross-border delivery teams; coordinate onshore and offshore to set priorities and unblock blockers.
• Drive rapid time-to-value: stand up delivery post-sale to deploy platform foundations and migrate workloads.
• Enforce governance: automated deployment guardrails, CI/CD, testing, SRE alerts, and readiness checks.
