Job summary

Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. is seeking an RCIS Crop Claims Field Adjuster I to support our crop insurance operations. This field-based role requires travel to farms within the assigned territory to inspect and adjust claims.

You will conduct on-site inspections, measure and document crop damage, verify coverage, and calculate loss estimates in line with RCIS and federal program guidelines. You will prepare reports and communicate decisions to farmers, agents, and internal teams.
