Job summary

RACK is seeking a hands-on construction laborer to support active sites in Boca Raton, FL. You will handle material loading, unloading, staging, scaffolding, excavation tasks, and general site cleanup while staying vigilant about safety and quality.

Candidates should be able to work outdoors in all weather, lift and move materials, and follow directions from experienced tradespeople. A clean driver’s license is required, and a strong work ethic is essential.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on construction labor across active sites
• Material handling: loading, unloading, staging, and cleanup
• Scaffolding and temporary structure setup and takedown
• Excavation tasks: digging trenches, compacting earth, and backfilling
• Tool use and support: supplying or holding materials and tools as needed
• Maintaining clean, organized work areas and equipment
