Job summary

ShalePro Energy Services, LLC is seeking a qualified field roustabout to support tank, piping, and equipment setups across our on-site projects. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, working swing shifts and weekends, and a willingness to travel as needed.

Candidates should have 5+ years in natural gas field operations, possess a valid driver's license, and be comfortable using manual, air, electric, and hydraulic tools. Pre-employment drug testing and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years field roustabout experience in natural gas operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform heavy physical work.
• Willingness to work swing shifts and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license; pre-employment drug testing and background/MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Tank installation and repairs.
• Structural steel platforms and catwalk installation.
• General site cleanup; rigging and setting equipment.
• Piping installation/repair (steel, HDPE, stainless).
• Flange alignment and bolting; torqueing techniques.
• PSV & valve installation; underground piping work.
• Environmental & sedimentation control; spill cleanup.
• Operate with manual, air, electric, and hydraulic tools.
• Read and understand P&IDs as needed for projects.
• Submit daily tickets and maintain records.
