By preparing switching packages, outage steps, and sequencing plans, the coordinator supports safe system operations and collaborates closely with Operations using DACT and OMS insights to strengthen restoration readiness.

Additionally, the role provides technical coaching, clarifies expectations, anticipates constructability challenges, and participates in post‑job reviews to strengthen planning quality, reinforce safe and consistent work practices, and prevent future planning‑driven issues.
