System Site Testing across the US:
  • Instruct customers and others on the operation and maintenance of equipment as needed
  • Support project teams with start-up, commissioning, service, and repair of customer equipment
  • Ability to troubleshoot network configuration issues, firewalls, and connectivity to the cloud
  • Perform testing, calibration, checking, correcting, adjusting, and part component replacement services on customer products
  • Deploy PLC and microgrid control applications on local controllers and validate the sequence of operation and telemetry
  • Troubleshoot microgrid control panel and generator control panel issues by reading electrical schematics and control logic
  • Construct and test circuits and equipment
  • Analyze complex problems in equipment and machinery and interpret maintenance manuals, using knowledge of systems and electronics to isolate and correct the fault
  • Consult with product support and product engineering personnel to determine solutions to complex problems in system operation
  • Develop and implement workaround modifications as needed
  • Develop and maintain ongoing customer relationships concerning all aspects of equipment operation, repair, and maintenance
