Qualifications

• Must be available to work throughout the regional area.

• Knowledge of construction observation practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction observation on various projects.
• Ensure effective communication between parties involved.
• Document Contractor’s performance and maintain reports.
• Attend meetings to follow up on project progress.

Skills

Strong written and oral communication skills

Experience observing construction of electrical installations

Experience observing pump stations

Ability to walk on uneven terrain

Education

A.A.S. in Civil Engineering or related field
