Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on construction or site work.
• Ability to read and execute against site plans and layout drawings.
• Precise measurement, leveling, and alignment skills.
• Capable of working independently in the field with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review site plans and locate installation points in the field.
• Verify placement through measurement and survey interpretation.
• Prepare sites for installation including excavation, grading, and base prep.
• Install and level steel base plates to specification.
• Anchor plates and install anchor rods and safety fixtures.
• Execute installation methods based on site conditions (concrete, paving, soil).
• Ensure work is level, aligned to spec, and safe.
• Set up temporary safety measures and barriers.
• Identify and resolve field issues and communicate progress.
