Qualifications

• Field-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, permits, and standards.
• Identify and communicate construction errors or deviations in real time.
• Perform field audits to support final construction acceptance.
• Monitor safety practices and raise concerns as needed.
• Maintain detailed field notes and documentation in company systems.
• Act as a liaison between crews and supervisors to communicate issues and updates.
• Track daily field activity and support reporting of progress and risks.
• Coordinate with municipal inspectors to address compliance concerns.
• Serve as a customer-facing representative during construction activities.
• Communicate with residents regarding construction timelines, impacts, and restoration expectations.
