Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years of construction/field operations experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years of construction/field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site operations with the construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings.
• Ensure adherence to project schedule; escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as official project records.
• Take progress photographs and label each one.
• Assist the Project Construction Manager with Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensure contractors use the latest design drawing revisions for construction.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments in conjunction with the Project Manager.
• Maintain clear correspondence with project management and clients.
• Maintain on-site records per the company’s document control standards.
• Uphold the Quality Policy and follow Quality Systems to maintain project excellence.
