Job summary

Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking Construction Laborers to support highway, utility, grading, and plant operations. This hands-on role involves performing a wide range of manual tasks safely under supervision. Candidates should be physically capable, comfortable outdoors, and reliable for overtime and weekends.

A high school diploma is preferred, plus experience in heavy civil work and a valid driver's license. OSHA 10 certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous heavy civil, highway, utility, paving, grading, or construction experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform general construction labor tasks for roadway, utility, grading, paving, and site development.
• Assist with site preparation, excavation, grading, and backfilling.
• Load and transport materials, operate hand and small power tools.
• Set up traffic control and maintain work areas and equipment.
• Support concrete, asphalt, pipe installation and other operations as needed.
• Work independently under supervision and follow instructions.
