Job summary

The Thrasher Group is seeking a Construction Inspector to support water-related projects across West Virginia, Southeast Ohio, and Southwest Pennsylvania. You will be a key player in ensuring successful project implementation with responsibilities spanning construction oversight, documentation, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of inspection experience, OSHA 10, CPR/first aid certifications, and water treatment certification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction inspection experience.
• OSHA 10, CPR and first aid certifications desirable.
• Water treatment experience with Class 3 or higher certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-site activities with residents, property owners, and contractors.
• Monitor construction progress, adherence to plans, and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain detailed records of project quantities, daily reports, and changes.
• Keep accurate redline and as-built drawings to document modifications.
• Monitor work to identify and prevent construction defects and ensure quality standards.
• Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders.
