Qualifications

  • Experience with gas compression and industrial maintenance is required.
  • Familiarity with rotating equipment, instrumentation, and process controls.
  • Reading and interpreting P&IDs, schematics and manuals is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor natural gas compressors, dehydration units, and related equipment.
  • Adjust operating parameters to maintain pressure, flow, and efficiency.
  • Perform routine inspections and record readings to spot issues.
  • Carry out minor maintenance and assist repairs on compressors and engines.
  • Escalate mechanical or process issues to maintenance personnel.
  • Assist with troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic controls.
  • Maintain daily logs of operating data, maintenance activity, and safety checks.
  • Report malfunctions, safety concerns, and deviations promptly.
  • Support scheduling of preventative maintenance with contractor teams.
