Job summary

Seneca Companies, an OWL Services affiliated company, seeks a Compliance Testing Operations Supervisor to oversee field testing of underground storage tank systems and related equipment. You’ll support technicians, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate reporting to authorities and customers.

The role requires 5+ years of field experience, OSHA HAZWOPER 40-hour certification, a valid driver's license, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field experience in underground storage tank systems.
• OSHA HAZWOPER 40-hour certification upon hire or within 12 months.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to prepare reports.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to travel overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field testing and inspection activities.
• Directly supervise testers, set goals, and approve timesheets.
• Review field documentation for regulatory reporting to agencies/customers.
• Assist in submitting proposals and invoicing customers.
• Ensure site safety and environmental sustainability; enforce policies.
