Job summary

R.W Mercer Co. is seeking a Service Compliance Technician to perform inspections and testing on fueling and monitoring equipment at client sites to ensure containment sumps are watertight.

The role includes paid training, a company vehicle, tablet and cell phone, and a competitive benefits package. You will follow all safety procedures, operate testing devices, complete paperwork, communicate professionally with customers, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and good driving record.
• Familiarity with operating a computer.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety practices and procedures per federal, state, and local codes.
• Utilize testing devices and hand/power tools; maintain equipment.
• Complete assigned compliance testing and submit paperwork promptly.
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and inspectors.
• Maintain company vehicles, supplies, and inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned; travel as needed.
