Field Collections Agent

Annual earnings: up to £35,765 (inclusive of car allowance)

Monthly Bonus:

SALARY:

Starting salary from £27,965, with potential to increase, plus £4,200 p.a. car allowance & fuel card (business use only).

At Orbit, we go above and beyond. Our monthly bonus structure is uncapped. Typically, Field Collections Agents earn bonuses of £200 - £400 per month, which could increase your annual earnings to £35,765 (including the car allowance).

SHIFTS:

• Supportive working patterns for work-life balance.
• Operating hours:
  • 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday
  • 9am - 1pm on Saturday
• Work a 40-hour week, with 10 hours during peak hours:
• Monday to Friday 4pm – 8pm
• Saturday 9am – 1pm

ROLE:

As a Field Collections Agent at Orbit Credit Services, you will need to be comfortable speaking with customers to discuss options that help them manage their financial situations. You’ll be field-based, covering Derby region.

This rewarding role involves:

• Visiting customers at their homes to support them in resolving outstanding arrears
• Handling water accounts and regulated work
• Resolving customer accounts on a personal basis
• Taking payments, setting up repayment plans, or reconnecting customers to help achieve financial wellbeing
• Educating customers on the consequences of non-payment
• Using an iPad to update visit outcomes—must be IT literate

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• A clear criminal record
• No CCJs or IVAs within the last 6 years
• Own a car with six points or less on the license
• Business insurance add-on for vehicle
• Technologically competent and comfortable working independently

Note: Successful candidates will undergo a credit and criminal background check. Candidates with CCJs, IVAs, or Bankruptcy on their credit file, or without full right to work in the UK, will not proceed to interview.
