RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative with flexible schedules for college students. No experience is required, and you can work within the store’s open hours while staying casual in dress.

You’ll be part of an essential team collecting items and completing tasks in grocery environments. We provide training, a compensation plan with a guaranteed minimum and opportunities for growth, plus benefits like 401k with match, paid drive time and mileage reimbursement, and ongoing employee

Formación

• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy project criteria.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerators and freezers.
