RDSolutions is immediately hiring part-time Field Representatives in Warwick, RI. The role includes a comprehensive training program, a guaranteed minimum with upside as productivity increases, and benefits such as identity theft protection and a 401k with match.

Flexible schedules support work-life balance while contributing to essential business operations. As a part-time team member, you will download the pricing app, receive assignments, and complete projects with reliability, including

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned projects for the company across stores.
• Attend initial training to fully understand position expectations.
• Use the pricing app to receive and collect work assignments.
• Travel to grocery stores, perform tasks, and handle items in cold sections as required.
