Responsibilities

  • Conduct entry-level code inspections in compliance with USBC.
  • Research provisions of codes, ordinances, and city policies.
  • Enter inspection data, results, and reports into databases; prepare notices.
  • Attend meetings and testify in court as required.
  • Maintain inspection schedules and inspection reports.
