Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Perform interior and exterior inspections to identify code violations.
Inspect commercial and residential properties; issue permits and citations.
Review emergency plans and fire protection system records.
Document inspection results and update LMS records.
Coordinate inspections with DNS trade or enforcement sections.
Represent the DNS in legal proceedings.
