Inspire Medical Systems in Houston is seeking a Field Clinical Representative to provide technical and clinical support for the adoption of Inspire therapy. You will work with physicians, clinic staff and field teams to ensure procedural success and patient outcomes in the South Houston—Webster, League City, Pearland or Galveston area.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years clinical/healthcare or medical device experience, or Bachelor's with 1+ Inspire experience, or Associate degree with 5+ years related experience.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a clinical setting.
- Strong computer skills with MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the territory.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support during implant procedures and at device activation.
- Maintain credentials enabling access to assigned hospitals and clinics.
- Provide technical leadership and education to account clinical staff.
- Provide post-training follow up including procedural reviews and servicing.
- Assist customers in device troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with sales personnel on training and support for targeted customers.
- Disseminate peer‑reviewed scientific and clinical information to customers and assigned sales team as needed.
- Provide technical expertise for regional education and training activities.
- Stay current on relevant scientific publications and clinical evidence.

The Field Clinical Representative provides technical and clinical expertise, educational and field support to ensure the safe adoption of the Inspire therapy and products. The FCR is responsible for working with customers, physicians, clinic staff and Inspire field staff to drive procedural and practice success. The ideal candidate will live in South Houston - Webster, League City, Pearland or Galveston area.
- Provide technical support during implant procedures and at device activation.
- Maintain credentials enabling access to assigned hospitals and clinics.
- Provide technical leadership and education in assigned region to account clinical staff.
- Provide post-training follow up including procedural reviews, in servicing and support.
- Assist customers in device troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with sales personnel on appropriate training/support for targeted customers.
- Proactively disseminate peer-reviewed scientific and clinical information to customers and assigned sales team as needed.
- Provide technical expertise for assigned regional education and training activities.
- Stay current on relevant scientific publications and clinical evidence.
- Bachelors' degree and 2+ years of related clinical, healthcare or medical device industry experience (OR) Bachelor's degree and 1+ years applicable Inspire experience (OR) an Associates' degree or Professional Certification and 5+ years of related clinical/healthcare or medical device industry experience.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a clinical setting.
- Strong computer skills with MS office including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Problem solving/trouble shooting skills.
- Ability to travel (including overnights as needed) within territory.
- Degree in Nursing, Engineering, Science or technical discipline.
- Previous Operating Room (surgical) coverage with implantable devices.
The salary for this position will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
$100,000—$130,000 USD
