Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. seeks a Field Clinical Representative to provide technical and clinical expertise to ensure safe adoption of the Inspire therapy. You will work with physicians, clinics, and sales to support procedures and post-training follow-up.

This role requires travel within the territory, strong communication, and hands-on training of account clinical teams. Salary range $60–$70 USD; benefits and equity opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of clinical/healthcare or med device experience.
• OR Bachelor's + 1+ year Inspire experience.
• OR Associate degree or certs with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a clinical setting.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to travel (including overnights) within territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during implant procedures and at device activation.
• Maintain credentials enabling access to assigned hospitals and clinics.
• Provide technical leadership and education in assigned region to account clinical staff.
• Provide post-training follow up including procedural reviews, in servicing and support.
• Assist customers in device troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with sales personnel on training/support for targeted customers.
• Proactively disseminate peer-reviewed scientific and clinical information to customers and assigned sales team as needed.
• Provide technical expertise for assigned regional education and training activities.
• Stay current on relevant scientific publications and clinical evidence.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The Field Clinical Representative provides technical and clinical expertise, educational and field support to ensure the safe adoption of the Inspire therapy and products. The FCR is responsible for working with customers, physicians, clinic staff and Inspire field staff to drive procedural and practice success.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM

Required:

• Bachelors' degree and 2+ years of related clinical, healthcare or medical device industry experience (OR) Bachelor's degree and 1+ years applicable Inspire experience (OR) an Associates' degree orProfessional Certification and 5+ years of related clinical/healthcare or medical device industry experience.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a clinical setting.
• Strong computer skills with MS office including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Problem solving/trouble shooting skills.
• Ability to travel (including overnights as needed) within territory.

Preferred:

• Degree in Nursing, Engineering, Science or technical discipline.
• Previous Operating Room (surgical) coverage with implantable devices.

Salary

The salary for this position will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
