Job summary

Bioventus LLC is seeking a Field Clinical Manager to deliver field-based clinical and technical training and support for the TalisMann and StimRouter PNS devices. The role involves implant support, device programming, and on-call troubleshooting in collaboration with surgeons and hospital staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health care-related field or a four-year degree with health care/clinical experience.
• Experience in surgical/OR support as a field clinical engineer, tech rep, or clinical trainer in medical devices is preferred.
• Ability to clearly communicate and coach others on product use and clinical applications.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint in particular) and device programming knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Represent TalisMann and StimRouter PNS during implants, device programming, and follow-ups.
• Provide on-call support for surgeries, reprogramming, troubleshooting, and follow-ups.
• Educate and train physicians, hospital staff, and office personnel on product use and clinical applications.
• Maintain open communication with PNS functions (Regulatory Assurance, Quality Assurance, Product Development) and with colleagues.
• Travel up to 75% with multiple overnight stays; perform related duties as needed.

This is a remote, field based role. Preferred hub: Chicago, IL## What you'll be doing* Represents TalisMann and StimRouter PNS during implants, device programming, and follow-up on cases* Demonstrates expertise in all aspects of implanted medical devices, troubleshooting techniques, and support* Receives technical inquiries and researches solutions to questions or problems.* Provides on-call support as needed for surgeries, reprogramming, troubleshooting, follow-up, etc.* Educates and trains physicians, hospital personnel, office staff, and personnel on technical matters relating to products.* Maintain open, effective communication with all PNS functions, including Regulatory Assurance, Quality Assurance, and Product Development, as well as with employees* Perform other related duties as assigned or requested* Travel may be extensive, up to 75%, with two to three overnights a week## What you'll bring to the table* Bachelor's degree in a health care-related field or a four-year degree with health care/clinical experience.
