Job summary

Adagio Medical Inc. is seeking a Field Clinical Engineer to support clinical investigations and EP procedural trials, providing expert clinical and technical support for Adagio products.

You will train customers, assist with study protocols, contribute to training materials, troubleshoot EP procedures, and report cases to improve product quality. Based in Laguna Hills, CA, this on-site role requires a nursing or biomedical background and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or life sciences.
• Expertise in human cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
• Strong technical verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Case support for implementation in clinical investigations, requiring mastery in clinical protocols and Adagio products; and expertise in EP procedural technical support.
• Product training for studies related trials and clinical support.
• Contribute to development of internal and external training materials, as required.
• Technical troubleshooting encountered in EP procedures.
• Case reporting and in-house feedback.
