Job summary

Solera is seeking a Field Claims Representative to manage on-site insurance property claim inventory within Texas. You will work independently, travel to site locations, and maintain professional relations with adjusters and policyholders.

Key requirements include strong problem-solving, project management, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving and project management skills with focus on customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal, writing and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel to site location within geographic area.
• Work independently of direct onsite supervision.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Property and Casualty claim experience a plus.
• Restoration industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments pursuant to SOS field inventory processes.
• Complete all tasks assigned in a diligent manner consistent with department, facility or operational and corporate goals and objectives.
• Promote, build, and maintain good customer relations with adjusters assist in retention and repeat use.
• Communicate with your Field Manager and Service Manager on a daily basis with regards to operational issues and/or improvements.
• Strong problem solving, project management skills while maintaining excellent customer service with client policyholder and insurance company claim staff.
• Present in a professional manner both in personal and vehicle appearance.
• Ability to travel to site location in your geographic area.
• Work independent of direct onsite supervision.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
