Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• AINS, AIC, or CPCU designations preferred.
• Entry level or experienced claims knowledge desirable.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Complete thorough claim investigations.
• Interview insureds, claimants, and witnesses.
• Consult police and hospital records.
• Evaluate claim facts and policy coverage.
• Inspect property and auto damages and write repair estimates.
• Prepare reports of findings and secure settlements.
• Use claims-handling software and company car to adjust loss.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Assess auto, property, and bodily injury damages.
• Follow up with others in a timely manner.
