CITON Claims Solutions LLC, a subsidiary of Orion180 Group Inc., seeks an experienced field claims adjuster to inspect property damage on-site in Georgia and manage end-to-end claim processes. You will interview stakeholders, review policies, document findings, and prepare reports for settlement while negotiating with claimants and third parties.
The role requires 5+ years in field adjusting, strong knowledge of Xactimate, and a GA adjuster license (CPCU/AIC certification a plus).
To perform the job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and should demonstrate the following competencies to consistently perform the essential functions of this position. All employees are expected to adhere to and be knowledgeable of Orion180 operations standards, established security/safety rules and requirements for attendance. College degree preferred but combination of experience, education, and industry certifications will be considered

The office environment is fast-paced and collaborative. An employee must be willing and able to work their regularly assigned work schedule onsite, and in times of need, be able to work an extended schedule depending on company or departmental needs, project requirements, or customer demands.
While performing general duties for this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and/or walk around (including the use of stairs). Other demands include the ability to openly communicate with others by talking, listening, comprehending, and reading; being able to lift light objects (<25 lbs); and using standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and phones. In addition, there is an occasional need to bend, twist, or squat down to open/close cabinets and reach for files or other standard office-type objects.
