Job summary

Guy M Turner Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer to plan, manage, and execute industrial projects involving heavy machinery and equipment. This hands-on role goes beyond desk work, requiring coordination with field crews from planning through execution.

You will develop scopes, schedules, and cost estimates, coordinate equipment, labor and subcontractors, and apply engineering skills to solve mechanical, structural, and logistical challenges on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a heavy STEM-related field.
• Experience in engineering and/or project-based environments.
• Strong mechanical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
• Comfortable working in both office and field settings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute industrial projects from start to finish.
• Develop scopes, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate equipment, labor, and subcontractors.

• Work directly with field crews during execution.
