Job summary

National Carwash Solutions, INC is seeking a Chemical Technician to support customers across 50–75 sites monthly, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring satisfaction with our car wash products. The role blends office and field work with travel up to 40%.

You will perform product titration, volumemetrics, and minor equipment repairs, while maintaining inventories, site surveys, and training. Competitive wages plus benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; or equivalent practical experience.
• Car Wash experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge & aptitude.
• Ability to communicate internally and externally across all levels of the organization.
• Good Microsoft Office skills and basic knowledge of a computer.
• Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service and support.
• Ability to function with minimal supervision and work in a team environment.
• Exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to support overnight travel up to 40% based on territory & customer needs.
• Clean driving record with no more than three moving violations in past 5 years; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, expert solutions to all customers to keep them satisfied.
• Titration of product as needed and volumemetrics for product as needed.
• Minor chemical equipment/application repairs.
• Monitor customer levels and manage Chemical Inventory & replenishment orders.
• Maintain Wash Key Reporting – Service Report and site surveys.
• Support corporate accounts per protocols and conduct basic training with location personnel.
• Analyze customer outputs and recommend technical updates for efficiency.
