Job summary

NES Fircroft in the United States seeks an A&O I Technician to lead and coordinate the cathodic protection program across Eagle Ford assets. You will plan, execute, and document inspections, surveys, and maintenance while ensuring regulatory compliance and safe field operations.

The role interfaces with Pipeline Operations, Asset Integrity, and third-party contractors, requiring strong data management, reporting, and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
• AMPP/NACE Cathodic Protection Technician CP1 certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CP, pipeline integrity, or related field operations.
• Experience with PHMSA-regulated liquid and gas pipelines.
• Ability to work independently in remote field environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cathodic protection activities for pipelines, stations, and facilities.
• Develop annual and monthly CP work plans and survey schedules.
• Coordinate rectifier inspections, CIS surveys, and related tests.
• Monitor CP performance and coordinate corrective actions with Engineering.
• Maintain CP documentation and regulatory records for audits.
• Provide monthly program updates to leadership and stakeholders.
