Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd is seeking a Field Case Manager to cover Baltimore, MD and surrounding areas. This role requires face-to-face coordination with injured workers and medical providers, with a home-based office and travel to sites as needed.

You will advocate for effective treatment and timely recovery while maintaining strong communication among all parties involved. The ideal candidate has healthcare or rehabilitation background, RN licensure or health/human services

Formación

  • RN licensure preferred or a bachelor’s degree in health or human services field required.
  • CCM, CDMS, or CRC certifications are preferred or required.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
  • High speed internet is required for remote work.
  • Employment may include a motor vehicle record (MVR) check when job related.

**This Field Case Manager will cover Baltimore, MD, and surrounding areas and must live in this area in order to be considered.****PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:** Sedgwick Field Case Managers work face to face with their injured workers and medical providers to facilitate; through advocacy, progressive medical treatment, and timely return-to-work; while acting as a liaison and providing communication between all involved parties. Valid driver’s license required. High speed internet required. Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, where job related.When applicable and appropriate, consideration will be given to reasonable accommodations. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location.
