Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Field Sales Representative to educate homeowners on LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement. You will conduct quick home inspections from the street to identify homeowner challenges and communicate Leaf Home solutions.

Target earnings indicate substantial earning potential in a field-based role. Responsibilities include canvassing neighborhoods, generating leads, presenting Leaf Home products, and coordinating demonstrations with the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for our outside sales team by covering an assigned territory each day, canvassing and engaging prospective customers at their homes to discuss Leaf Home products.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on the benefits of Leaf Home products and gather information for the sales team to follow up and schedule an in-person product demonstration.
• Report daily results to the field management team and develop collaborative working relationships with other sales representatives.
• Ensure high-quality and accurate representation of Leaf Home products by representing the company professionally and ensuring that potential customers have an exceptional experience.
• While performing the duties of this job, you must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods is required.

As a Leaf Home Field Sales Representative, you will provide potential customers with your expertise and educate them on the benefits of LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement. Through a quick home inspection from the street, we will teach you how to identify potential homeowner challenges for which Leaf Home has the solution.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate articulately with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly motivated to sell, with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed goals.
