Ideal candidates have 1+ year in field sales leadership, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of experience managing door‑to‑door canvassing or field sales teams.
• Experience coaching field representatives on live conversations, scripts, objections, and lead conversion.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize team productivity in a fast-paced field environment.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation for local team oversight.
