Job summary

Dabella is seeking a motivated canvasser to work in Arlington, TX. The role involves door-to-door outreach, engaging prospects, and promoting company offerings in neighborhoods, outdoors in varying weather. You will earn a base hourly pay plus uncapped bonuses as you set leads and boost performance.

Candidates should be strong communicators, able to walk long distances, and available Monday through Saturday. Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Active, boots-on-the-ground role requiring walking neighborhoods.
• Strong communicators with ability to engage people outdoors.
• Availability Monday–Saturday and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Knock on doors to generate leads and build interest.
