Job summary

Process Instruments, a leading ATS company in the Pittsburgh area, seeks a Field Calibration Technician to calibrate and repair measurement equipment for local and regional customers in manufacturing, aerospace & defense, energy & utilities, and more. Experience in electrical calibration in lab or field is required, and travel up to 80% locally is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of related experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical measuring, inspection, and testing instrumentation/calibration.
• Ability to travel up to 80% locally; relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.
• Comply with OSHA guidelines and maintain customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration/maintenance activities autonomously and as part of a team.
• Monitor environmental conditions during calibration activities.
• Follow OSHA guidelines as dictated by jobsite requirements.
• Identify and document instrumentation per organizational practices.
