Job summary

A leading calibration services provider is seeking a Field Calibration Technician to provide onsite calibration of test equipment within an 8-hour radius. The role involves traveling Monday through Friday and supporting the local laboratory when not traveling. Ideal candidates will have calibration experience, a customer service orientation, and proficiency in MS Office. Compensation ranges from $23.00 to $31.00 per hour, with additional benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years driving experience with valid driver's license and acceptable driving history.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate measurement and test equipment to manufacturer specifications.
• Provide corrective action for out-of-tolerance conditions.
• Update documentation of services and maintain calibration standards.
