Job summary

PCI is seeking a Calibration Technician II to perform calibrations onsite at pharmaceutical facilities in the Midwest and beyond, leveraging a strong electronics or instrumentation background. The role focuses on calibrations, PMs, and qualifications with strict GxP documentation.

Expect up to 75% travel based on project needs. You will work with a team to support client sites, maintain calibration standards, and contribute to safe, compliant operations across sites.

Qualifications

• Strong electronics or instrumentation background.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% depending on project needs.
• Ability to perform calibrations, qualifications, and PMs with accurate records.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Working knowledge of GMP/Life Science regulations.

Responsibilities

• Performs calibrations, maintenance, qualifications, commissioning, and troubleshooting per PCI/client policies.
• Communicates with clients to understand needs and builds strong relationships.
• Keeps a neat, professional work area and represents PCI positively at sites.
• Identifies new opportunities and relays leads to leadership.
• Completes timesheets with correct labor codes weekly and assists with time/expense coding.
• Handles and maintains PCI/client equipment, including testing and standards.
• Learns troubleshooting and repairs; majority of work includes scheduled calibrations.
• Identifies safety issues and educates peers on safety practices.
