Job summary

Acuren is seeking a Calibration Tech I for Davenport, IA. This field-based role combines hands-on maintenance with a computer component to support asset integrity and client operations.

You will perform vibration diagnostics, dynamic balancing, and other PdM technologies while communicating clearly with clients, management, and peers. A maintenance background and relevant technical diploma are preferred, with strong MS Office skills and safety commitment.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in industrial/mechanical/E&I settings.
• Mechanical technologist/engineering diploma or degree preferred.
• Knowledge of predictive technologies. Any CAT, MLA/MLT, and IR certificates would be asset.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills; strong English.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Must be able to pass drug/alcohol and background screens per client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage asset conditions that could affect client operations.
• Perform vibration diagnostics and dynamic balancing.
• Apply PdM technologies (infrared, ultrasonic, motor health, etc.).
